Rita can take the first details for recovery, roadside help, repairs, servicing, diagnostics, lost keys, tyres, parts enquiries and existing-job tracking. She will identify herself as an AI and can arrange a staff handover where available.
The online call uses your browser and microphone, so there is no normal telephone-call charge. Internet or mobile-data terms still apply. For immediate danger, call 999. Do not give payment-card details, passwords or security codes during a call.

Business and contact details
The platform owner must complete the legal business name, address, support email and contact numbers in Back office → Platform settings before launch. Until then, use the secure online request and tracking channels.
