MotorTask receives vehicle-service requests and helps coordinate them with suitable approved partners. Submitting a request does not guarantee attendance, a particular response time or partner availability.
Quotes and work
A quote must show its scope, price or price basis and relevant changes wording. Work should not proceed until the customer approves it. Any material change should be explained and approved separately. Payment processing is not currently provided by this platform.
Safety and accuracy
Customers must provide accurate contact, location, vehicle and safety information. In an immediate danger or emergency, contact the emergency services and move to a safe place where possible.
Business and contact details
The platform owner must complete the legal business name, address, support email and contact numbers in Back office → Platform settings before launch. Until then, use the secure online request and tracking channels.
